14-Day Returns

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, and returned with all original packaging and accessories.

Free Returns

Returns are free for eligible orders.

If you'd like to return an item, contact us through Shopify chat or email within 14 days of receiving your order. We'll guide you through the return process.

Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene, quality, and personalization reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or customized jewelry

  • Worn jewelry or items showing signs of use

  • Damaged jewelry

  • Items that have been altered or modified

  • Items returned without their original packaging and accessories

If your order arrives damaged or you believe you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help resolve the issue.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll process your refund if the item meets our return requirements.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow your payment provider some additional time to process the refund and for the funds to appear in your account.

Exchanges

We generally do not offer exchanges.

However, if you experience a sizing issue, please contact us and we'll do our best to help you find a suitable solution.

We'll review your request and provide the necessary return instructions.

3. Send the item back
Follow the return instructions provided by our team.

4. Receive your refund
Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
